| Memorial weekend. |
I hope everybody had an enjoyable weekend and day off Monday, and I hope we took the time to actually remember on memorial day, say thanks and give a prayer to those who gave their lives for our freedom here in the United States. :)
I've pretty much given up on getting lighter skin (like her^ *points upwards*) :( I wanted to be as white as the Korean people...but *le sigh* I'm to dark for my own good. So I decided to embrace my natural skin tone and...went tanning in my backyard...I was looking kinda sickly because I was starving my skin from sunlight.
ew at that picture....but...anyhow...I'm feeling much better, and my skin looks and feels much better sun kissed.
I haven't been drawing lately...but I will try soon, and I'll post them up ^.^

on second thought... i think you're not that dark, not dark for your own good at all. your color's just right (not too light, not too dark) and very healthy looking ;D

We're a pretty tight-knit family...do you have any siblings? I remember you mentioning something about an older brother.

XD harhar! my brother and me used to do that when we were younger, 'kill' each other. i usually start it, poor baby brother hehe. he's the well-behaved one in my weird family :D (we're close-knit too, as most Filipino families :D Wow, I'm proud of our pinoy values :D)
so yeah, he's my only sibling, we're close too. it's funny that people say that he looks like my kuya when he is our bunso. owell, that's the curse for the tall ones ;p
hope you're enjoying your summer! (it's already summer there, isn't it?) and don't worry about your skin color, it's really pretty on you :)

What you talk your skin is nice :P I want to get lighter too, but my natural skin color only lets me get darker lol

You're crazy! You're not even dark, trust! :P I have a natural tan to my skin too, but I like it. I'm personally not too fond of pale PALE skin. Light skin is nice, but not pale. :P I think your skintone is fine! Like someone above me said, not too dark and not too light. :)

ahah. I get jealous of the korean girls who have perfectly flawless white skin XD
